Googling Proverbs

The German author Benjamin Von Stuckrad-Barre wrote his book 'Was Wir Wissen', translated in English as 'What We Know', as an answer to well known proverbs that are used in everyday life. He used Google to do this. By searching Google for 'Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones', he came accross forums and news articles and listed who this saying referred to from the web page results.

The same approach has been followed for the following proverbs:

Who shouldn't throw stones in a glass house?

What conquers all?

What can't a man live by alone?

What's not everyting?

What best things in life are free?

Who let the dogs out?

What is the new black?

What shouldn't you throw out with the bathwater?
