The Noframes HTML tag allows alternative HTML to be supplied for browsers that do not support framesets.

It is extremely rare to find a browser that does not support framesets these days, and contrary to popular belief, most search engines are not to bad with them also, although other issues are raised.

A common mistaken technique for SEO involves loading the Noframes tag with keyword laden content. In fact, it should be used for a mini-sitemap list of links to other main pages in the site.
