Semantic Keywords - LSI
Google in particular uses a process of language matching to determine the contextual relevance of text content on web pages. It does this by determing the semantic groupings of key words and phrases on the page, and developing a picture of the semantic focus of a page.
Key phrases can be linked semantically in a number of ways, particularly in 'like' relationships, 'sort-of' realtionships and 'part-of' relationships.
